Job Functions

·         Design and coordinate press ads

·         Coordinate PR campaigns and maintain rapport with press

·         Design and maintain shop LCD panel adverts

·         Design shop signage and POSM

·         Design company booklets, newsletters, hotel wine menus, presentations, etc.

·         Coordinate printing and production work with external agencies

·         Coordinate company events

·         Visit airport and domestic outlets

·         Marketing administration work

Requirements

·         Ability to work with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, Coral and Flash software

·         MS Office PowerPoint, Word and Excel

·         Basic video editing ability (via Adobe Premier/Sony Vegas/etc.)

·         Ability to work with minimum guidance / supervision

·         Time management ability, planning / prioritizing work

·         Involves long hours and late night work

·         Quick response & meeting tight deadlines

·         Team player – Be creative - Out of box thinking

·         Fluent in English  ( both written & verbal)

Preferred

·         A Male, between 23 – 35 years of age

·         2-3 years experience in a similar capacity / position

·         Desktop publishing diploma

·         Video editing software

·         Web designing capabilities

·         Work experience in a creative agency or newspaper/magazine designing
